Glutenfree vegan waffles 

   
   Waffles are a favourite in our house and are so easy to make. I love them crisp with lots of berries and maple syrup. 
Ingredients 

In one bowl place

1/2 cup buckwheat flour

1/2 cup glutenfree plain flour 

1 tsp baking powder

In another bowl mix the following 

1 and a bit cups of almond and coconut blend milk

1 tsp Apple cider vinegar 

1 tsp vanilla extract 

1 tablespoon olive oil 

A little  sugar to taste

Blend the two bowls together then cook them. Makes three waffles just double the mixture to make more. 

Flavoured waffles are lovely here’s a few ideas of things you can add to make different flavoured waffles. 

Orange or lemon zest

Grated Apple or pear

Cinnamon powder 

Enjoy and have fun experimenting with different flavours.
