Paleo style bread

   
    This is a bread recipe that I’ve been making for a while. I love bread but most gluten free breads arent very nice. So I developed my own recipe and this is what I’ve came up with. It’s gluten and dairy free. 
Paleo style bread

2 cups almond meal

1/3 cup tapioca flour 

1 tsp bicarbonate of soda

3 large eggs

1/4 cup coconut milk must be tinned

1/3 cup olive oil

1 tbsp honey

2 tsps apple cider vinegar 

Pinch salt

The method is take two bowls mix all dry ingredients in one and wet ingredients in the other. Then mix two bowls together. Pour into silicone loaf pan. Bake for 45 minutes in a moderate oven. Enjoy
