Cranberry cinnamon and choc chip cookies 

This is my latest gluten free cookie recipe. Homemade baked goods are so much tastier then shop brought and loads better for you. The only time I eat cookies or cake is if I make it so l know what’s in it. If you want to make them dairy free just change the butter for dairy free spread. 

Ingredients 

150 g organic butter

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/4 cup castor sugar 

1 egg

1 tsp vanilla 

1 and 3/4 cups Glutenfree plain flour

1/2 cup dried cranberries 

1/2 cup dark choc chips 

1 tsp cinnamon 

Method

Using an electric mixer beat the sugars and butter and vanilla. When smooth add the egg and combine. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl then add your butter mix. Combine the two then roll into balls place on lined baking trays. Flatten cookies with a fork. Bake in a moderate oven for 20 minutes.
