Almond banana bread 

This is a paleo style banana bread. Very tasty and healthy. It’s gluten and dairy free. Also free from refined sugar. 
Ingredients 

Dry

1 and 1/2 cups almond meal

1/3 cup arrowroot 

1 tsp baking powder 

1/2 tsp bicarbonate soda

1/2 tsp cinnamon 

Wet

2 very ripe mashed bananas 

1/4 cup olive oil 

3 eggs

1 tsp vanilla 

2 tbsp maple syrup 
Method 

Take two bowls and mix the wet ingredients in one and dry in the other. Then blend the two bowls together. Pour into a loaf pan i used a silicone one as this makes it really easy to turn out. Bake in a preheated moderate oven for 45 minutes.
