Raw lime pie 

Raw cakes are delicious and very easy to make. I like to slice them and keep them in the freezer for easy snacks. 
Base

1/2 cup cashews

1/2 cup dessicated coconut 

1/2 cup medjool dates no seeds

Place the above items in food processor and process until it is crumb like. Take the mix and press it into a lined springform pan. Place in freezer while you make topping. 

Topping

3 ripe avocados

1/2 cup soaked and drained cashews

1/2 cup liquid sweetener eg. Rice malt syrup maple syrup or agave syrup. 

1/2 cup melted and slightly cooled coconut oil 

2 tbsp coconut cream

Juice from 3 lines

Lime zest about 1 lime maybe a little more if not strong enough. 

Place all items in food processor and process until smooth. Then spread over your base. Add a little coconut and some nuts to decorate. Or just leave plain. Place in freezer till set.
