Hi welcome to my latest blog post. I love cake and chocolate and I know many other people do too. When I post chocolate treats on my Instagram page they get plenty of attention. Being healthy is really important to me so I’ve developed this brownie recipe so we can all have a treat and still stick with our healthy eating goals.
2/3 cup organic rice malt syrup
1/2 cup melted and cooled coconut oil
1/2 cup cashew butter
1 tsp vanilla bean paste
If mix is a little dry add a little almond milk. 1 to 2 tbsp
1 cup hazelnut meal
1 cup buckwheat flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup cocoa
1/3 cup rapadura sugar or coconut sugar
Crushed pecans and cacao nibs
Take two bowls and blend dry ingredients in one and wet in the other. When both are well combined mix the two bowls together. Then pour Into a lined slice pan. Cover top with crushed pecans and cacao nibs.Bake in a preheated oven set to 160c our oven is fan forced. They take around 25 minutes.
