Raspberry quinoa porridge

6F859744-2A80-4592-A845-B2ECD220276C.jpegHi my friends. I have a super easy but delicious recipe for you today. On my instagram page I post lots of breakfast bowl pictures and they’re very popular. So I thought it’s time I started sharing the recipes for some of these bowls. Pink porridge is a favourite of ours. It works well with blueberries too. It’s a great way to get children to try quinoa porridge as the colour is enticing. 


1/3 cup quinoa flakes

1/4 cup frozen raspberries

3/4 cup almond milk

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract


place all your items in a small saucepan. Heat over medium heat while stirring. It’s cooked when thickened. Takes about 3 minutes to cook. Remove from heat pour into bowl and add toppings. Makes 1 serve

If you wish to add sweetener use maple syrup or honey.
