I posted a waffle recipe not long ago but this is even better. With just eight ingredients and super easy to make. I love how crisp they are. It’s mother’s day tomorrow so this would be the perfect treat.
1 cup buckwheat flour
1/4 cup rice flour
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 tablespoons melted and cooled coconut oil
1 1/4 cups plant based milk
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
so simple to make. Take two bowls and place wet ingredients in one and dry in the other. Mix the contents of both bowls well. Then pour your wet ingredients into your dry. Mix and cook to your waffle makers instructions. I got four waffles from this mix.
