Salted caramel bliss balls


These bliss balls are so delicious and healthy. Great snack and are so simple to make. I like keeping things like this in my fridge for when I feel like a snack.


1 cup medjool dates

1/2 cup almond meal

1/2 cup pecan nuts

1/4 cup desiccated coconut plus some to roll balls in.

1/4 teaspoon pink salt


place all ingredients in food processor and process until mixture sticks together when pressed on. Roll into balls and then roll in coconut place in fridge to set. Best kept in fridge.
