Gluten free microwave porridge

C9ECB174-DED7-4493-BB6C-48668BF4116A.jpegI love a porridge bowl for breakfast and some of my most popular instagram posts have been porridge. This is a favourite weekday recipe so quick and easy. It’s mid winter in Australia at the moment so I like a warm breakfast and these microwave oats are perfect for a quick breakfast.


1/2 cup gluten-free rolled oats you can use normal if you don’t need them to be gluten free.

1/2 cup water

1/2 cup plant based milk

place ingredients in a bowl and microwave on high for 3 minutes. Stir before serving. Add some toppings.

I love adding some almond or peanut butter.

Top with some fresh fruit.

Sweeten with maple syrup or honey.
